

First In Flight hosts inaugural "virtual" gymnastics meet
On February 20-21, First In Flight Gymnastics held its inaugural virtual gymnastics meet, the Lucky Charm Invitation. It was the first of its kind for First In Flight Gymnastics in Gastonia, NC. Routines were streamed live to judges who were in the comfort and safety of their homes. The meet was an innovative success and paved the way for a new era in gymnastics. First In Flight's Compulsory and Optional athletes came, saw and lit the house on fire this past weekend in Charleston, SC. The second meet of the season was the Palmetto Patriot's Classic in historic Charleston, SC. A fun and exciting meet was had by all at The Light It Up Classic In Salisbury, NC to cap off the month of January. All AAU and Xcel athletes took part in the meet and the results are fantastic!
