PARENT & TOT

Classes: Parent and Tot

(18 months to 3 years)

Your safety-certified coach will lead you and your child through a variety of circuits that are age and ability-appropriate. They will teach you how to correctly spot and support your child with proper safety in mind. Through the use of gymnastics equipment and interactive coordination, they will increase their agility, balance, strength, and coordination.

PRESCHOOL

Classes: Preschool 3, Preschool 4/5

(3 to 5 years old)

Each day is a new discovery in these fun-filled classes!

We understand that this may be your child’s first structured group setting activity — we are here to support and guide your child with proper technique while keeping them actively engaged.

Your child will learn gymnastics basics through a variety of circuits and activities: games, balls, ribbons, parachutes, and other interactive coordination gear is used.

Each preschool class has a child-to-coach ratio of 6:1. First In Flight pre-school coaches have many years of experience working with children in gymnastics.

FLYERS I, II

Classes: Flyers 1, Flyers 2

(5-17 years old)

Our Flyers classes are determined by age and skill level. The First In Flight Flyers program offers an advanced learning experience based on individual skill sets in a fun and interactive atmosphere.

Cardiovascular and muscular endurance, flexibility, and strength are incorporated on a weekly basis with safety-certified coaches.

Flyers work on all four gymnastics apparatuses: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. The trampoline and tumble track are also used to enhance their experience. Curriculum-based learning is taught using a structured program and specific biweekly lesson plans.

This program will assist your child in developing social skills, commitment, and a sense of achievement in a fun, friendly environment.

Our creative classes motivate your child to excel in the way they act, move, think, and feel.

Gymnasts who demonstrate both physical ability and good work ethic may be invited to join our “Star League” program. Please ask for more information about this program if you feel your child might like to take on a more dedicated approach to the Flyers program.
