First in Flight Recreational Program
The First In Flight Flyers program offers an advanced learning experience based on individual skill sets in a fun and interactive atmosphere.
Cardiovascular and muscular endurance, flexibility, and strength are incorporated on a weekly basis with safety certified coaches.
Flyers work on all 4 gymnastics apparatuses: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. The trampoline and tumble track are also used to enhance their experience. Curriculum-based learning is taught using a structured program and specific weekly lesson plans.
This program will assist your child in developing social skills, commitment, and a sense of achievement in a fun, friendly environment.
Our creative classes motivate your child to excel in the way they act, move, think, and feel.
Flyers are tested every 8 weeks, providing consistent opportunities for your child move up through the flyers program.
Gymnasts who demonstrate both physical ability and good work ethic may be invited to join our “Star League” program. Please ask for more information about this program if you feel your child might like to take on a more dedicated approach to the Flyers program.
