Our 27,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility is the largest gym in Gaston County and the surrounding areas. We offer premier coaching with the newest and best equipment to provide all of our students with a safe environment and variety of training methods. First in Flight also caters to parents offering a pro shop, concessions, parent viewing areas, and wireless internet.

Our Mission
First in Flight Gym knows every child is a gift from God. Our mission is to develop each child athlete's strength, muscle, body and mind to enhance their confidence, self esteem, discipline, personal character and overcome their fears. First in Flight gym believes each child regardless of artistic or athletic ability deserves the very best instruction or coaching with safety being the primary objective.
Our goal is that every child will learn life skills as well as an artistic and athletic skill. First in Flight's goal will be to teach all children that almost anything in life is possible with practice, hard work, effort, determination and belief in yourself. First in Flight strives to recognize individual talents and skills at an early age and to help your child achieve his or her best, whatever their best may be.

First in Flight Gymnastics is a 27, 000 sq. ft. state of the art kids fitness facility.
We offer the newest the best equipment around. First in Flight gymnastics is a full service facility that caters to parents with multiple children. We like to consider ourselves a one stop shop offering gymnastics from beginner to Elite level, tumbling, parent and me classes, cheerleading both recreational and competitive.
There is something for everyone regardless of age.
Can't get your kids to class due to work! No Problem, First in Flight will pick them up at school and they can attend our after school or summer care program and go straight to their class when it is time. Relax in our parent lounge with a 60" big screen TV, visit our concessions and enjoy a refreshing drink and snack, Shop in "The Hanger" our pro shop offering everything you need from Leos, shorts, t-shirts, training supplies and novelties.
